Bring your existing client and site book into CLRD in minutes, and get your data back out any time. Every list you build in CLRD stays yours: the address book exports to plain CSV files that open straight in Excel or Google Sheets — and import straight back.

• Import your clients and sites from any spreadsheet or CRM export — a simple CSV with a header row. Each row is checked with the same validation as the normal forms, and anything that doesn't pass is reported by row number while the rest imports cleanly.
• Export your address book — clients and sites download as CSV files that round-trip back through import, so there's no lock-in.
• Download a jobs report — one row per job with its status, G98/G99 routing, client and site, device counts and system totals, ready for your own reporting or dashboards.
